- Max file size for Video is 100k for initial load and an additional 400k streamed in
- Max play time 15 Seconds, animation must STOP
- Bit rate should be less than 160 KBPS for both Audio/Video
Pre- roll:
- Ad size: 320x240
- Pre load image not required
- 30 frames per second preferred
- Third party serving is not allowed, but third party tracking is welcomed
