Video specs on the 300x250:

• Max file size for Video is 100k for initial load and an additional 400k streamed in.
• Max play time 15 Seconds, animation must STOP
• Bit rate should be less than 160 KBPS for both Audio/Video.

Pre-roll:

• Ad size: 320x240 - NEW Specs coming for our new integrated video player!
• Pre load image not required
• 30 frames per second preferred
• Third party serving is not slowing, but third party tracking is welcomed
